This part of the website was added, after realizing that what we have exercised in our own home [in regards to raising and rearing our children (shepherding)] is really necessary in the Body of Christ. As elders, we have ministered these biblical principles within our own local fellowship for the benefit of the saints, as well as, to others outside the Church.

Shepherding a Child's Heart is written by Ted Tripp and has been an effective method because it's soundly grounded in biblical principles that the Lord wishes us to apply in our families. The blessings are found, not in reading through the material, but in applying the kingdom principles into your own home and reaping the fruit down the road.
